Jake Jackson  handles all matters in the Juvenile Division of the Court on behalf of children, parents, grandparents, other relatives, or foster parents.

  • Dependency Cases – Issues of Child Abuse, Neglect and Abandonment; Termination of Parental Rights; Grandparents’ Rights; Reunification; Adoption; Department of Children and Families (DCF) matters
  • Delinquency Cases – Felony and Misdemeanor Cases; Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) matters
  • Children in Need of Services/Families in Need of Services (CINS/FINS) – Truancy, Runaway, Behavior Issues
